STRATEGIC LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY
The new Gracemere overpass was a major reason for the location of the initial investment and creation of the park. The overpass provides direct access to the Capricorn Highway and unparalleled access to the regional road system connecting Gracemere Industry Park to all of the major mining and business communities in Central Queensland.
Importantly, Gracemere Industry Park is one of a few select industrial precincts in Queensland with multi-combination vehicle Type 1 Road Train access both allowed and planned for.
